School’s out for two days for Fall Break, so I wanted to use this free time to get things done, things I didn’t have time to do on a normal weekday due to either school or work.
I knew for sure I needed to get some college things out of the way, filling out applications, writing a few scholarship essays, you know, nothing out of the ordinary.
I also needed to take advantage of the cool fall days and do something outside, something good for the body.
I needed to take the driving test, go shopping, take senior pictures, deep clean my room, and go through my closet.
I needed to wash my sheets, clean under the bed, dust off my guns, feed the cat, respond to a few emails, and tell a few people that I am sorry I insulted them somehow.
I also needed to buy my a friend a birthday present, do a lot of laundry, vacuum, and start on a five page essay on the similarities (or something) of “Lord of the Flies” and “Heart of Darkness”.
And you know what I ended up doing?
Sleeping. What an angel…

Enjoy your vacation. Fall and spring breaks are meaningless for us who finished school. I envy you.
I didn’t know angels drooled puddles onto thier pillows when they slept.

I wish I couldn’t say that that isn’t my schedule. [I think that's the first time I used the word "that" twice in a sentence]…that.
