I was just wondering if in the future on Star Trek, assuming that the future is where Star Trek takes place, I am completely unfamiliar with the likes.... will words like 'enormity' be replaced by words like 'enormousity'? If so, they, Star Trek, can have the future, my capacity to learn new words has already been exceeded....

I love "Generations"! I still get weepy when Captain Picard wakes up on Christmas Day in the Nexus.

I liked "Generations" too! (I own it.) I thought I was the only one.

They're all pretty good except for "Insurrection," which was AWFUL (both story and acting. Also, when you farm out the special effects jobs to cheap-ass firms no one has heard of, it shows on the screen.) I remember leaving the theater feeling cheated and used.

I'm sorry...

You've never seen Wrath of Khan...until this weekend?

Really?

Seriously?

Excuse me. I need a moment.

OK... In case you delve further into the franchise, the rule of thumb is: odd numbered Star Trek movies suck. (However, in my rule book, #6 sucked but #7, Generations, was wonderful. I tend to be in the minority with this opinion, however.)

But.... You hadn't seen....

I need another moment.
