So I’ve never seen an episode of The A-Team in my life, so the video I made could be complete and utter sacrilege, but I don’t care. It was fun to make.
Now let me preface this video by saying the following:
Remember the episode of Full House when DJ’s friend’s cousin was Steve Erkel? And he came over on the day that Stephanie had to start wearing glasses? And she was all embarrassed because she was afraid the other kids at school would make fun of her? Do you remember the advice Steve gave Stephanie? Well it was to make fun of yourself before others can make fun of you first. I’ve always held onto that belief. So you will be unable to make fun of me for this video because I already know what a huge dork I am. So just try and enjoy it.
Some notes on the above video:
1. There are some pretty fantastic music syncs, but not one of them was intentional. Just dumb luck. Or just plain dumb.
2. It was just me, my camcorder, and a ladder so I could place the camera on the rung for the appropriate height as needed.
3. I’ve been sore for the last two days since filming that. I need to work out more.
4. That camouflage blanket was given to my Dad when he was in the Army in Vietnam. Uncle Sam would be proud!
5. I had to do two takes with the banana grenade. It was falling apart. Luckily I got it right on the second try because I don’t think it would have lasted for a third take.
6. I know I kinda stray a bit when I’m doing the log roll, but I was too dizzy to try it again.
7. I was just kidding about the whole “working out” thing. It’s not happening.

That was hilarious. I half expected you to do stop motion at one point where your head would pop out from ten different places one after another.

Oh my, that was hilarious. Good work Craigy - you are too funny! I love the part when you’re standing behind the very skinny tree. I think I need to watch it again…

Craig, that was phenomenal. Like…no one can top that! The rest of the day will be filled with people doing stupid stuff at/because of graduation, and I’ll just be all “Ya, not as good as Craig’s thing.”

For someone who has never seen an episode of the A-team, you did a good job interpreting all of the elements of the show. The arrow sequence is my favorite. I can almost hear your “whooshes” and “nneeeeooowwwwws.”

Yes, you really are a dork - even the Bug thinks you’re a dork with a capital “D”! For someone that has never seen an episode of “The A Team”, this really isn’t half bad. Although, you might want to work on your form for the martial arts a lot more…

‘Kay, just a few comments about the video:
1) Looking kinda constipated there at the beginning.
2) Would love to know what the neighbors thought. “Oh, there’s that McAnally boy out the backyard again, with the camera and…my God, Wilbur, he’s got a bow and arrow! get the cat inside!”
3) I, incidently, have seen pretty much every A-Team ever made, and yet, not one episode of Full House.
4) Nice during the logroll to see it ended pretty much focused on your crotch.
5) You fight JUST liek Mr. T….if he were white….and skinny.
6) Next time, remember, you are supposed to let GO of the arrow after it leaves the bos.
All in All, great vid, man. I’m still smiling from it all!

Very dorky…but in a goofy, I-know-I’m-a-dork-so-it’s-cool sort of way.
The log roll had me laughing my butt off–I watched it twice.
