1. I updated my BOOKS page to give you folks a bit more insight into the books I read. I hope to start keeping it more updated than I have been.
2. I made my first Netflix queue. How exciting! I took a lot of your recommendations into consideration. I’ll be filling you in on which recommendations I chose and give my reviews of the movies as I watch them.

How about instead of a guest debate, we exchange books? I’ll try to choke down a STAR WARS novel (the operative word being try) of your choosing and in return I’ll send you a real book to read.
That came off cattier than I wanted. But it might make the start of a good he said/he said as we discuss our varied reading experiences.

I checked out your books page again. Hmmm, I notice a trend here. May I highly highly highly recommend Lois McMaster Bujold’s Miles Vorkosigan series? Great character, great writer.

I have a movie to add: Hot Fuzz. I think it may be the best comedy of 2007.
Also, take out the Star Wars novels and replace them with Sue Grafton’s Alphabet Series, and we pretty much read the same stuff. The Planets was a bit of a slog, but I liked it.
