Who knew?!
Ambassador Delenn of Babylon 5 = Deliciously Crazy Rousseau of Lost

Both characters are played by Mira Furlan, which I just found out, and for some reason it makes me really happy. Almost done with Season 1 of Babylon 5!

Woah! Didn’t know that. Makes sense now, though.

I bet on those bad hair days she whishes she kept that head bone

Wow! That’s bizarre. I had no idea. Delenn is creepy looking while Rousseau is major grimey hotness. Who knew?

YAY! I can’t wait for you to start the season 2. Don’t forget to buckle your seatbelt for seasons 3 & 4.

those photos look like a before and after photo on that “What Shoud I Wear” (of some such named) reality show.

john: Don’t get too excited just yet. After Season 1 of Babylon 5, I start Season 2 of Star Trek: Next Generation. I’m alternating back and forth.

Am I a bad person for never having seen an entire season of Babylon 5? And Season 2 of Next Gen is excellent!
By john, August 12, 2008 @ 10:55 am
Craig: I just finished season 2 of TNG and will be starting the 3rd soon.
By john, August 12, 2008 @ 12:05 pm
Dave S.: Not bad. Deprived (and perhaps a bit depraved), but not bad.
By Mark, August 12, 2008 @ 1:16 pm
You’re just starting season 2 of TNG? GOD, I’m old.
By Polt, August 12, 2008 @ 1:18 pm
Dave S., you say the 2nd season the Next Generation is excellent? Have you had too much Romulan ale???? The second season is horrid. Thats the one with Dr. Pulaski. Oh, it’s just horrible. A writers strike was in progress and the had to recycle old scripts from a previously unfilmed ST series from like ten years before. The characterization is weak, the storylines even weaker. And the final episode was nothing but a “flashback” episode using clips. Weak. And this was obvsious to me even while I was watching the series then. The only redeeming thing is the Sherlock Holmes episode. The quicker one gets through season 2 and moves right along to season 3, the better. The middle of season 3 is when the series hit it’s stride, and it didn’t let up until the close to the end of the 7th season.

Polt: I was one of the few that actually liked Pulaski.
(Don’t worry — I got mocked for it back then, too…)
By ExAstrisScientia, August 12, 2008 @ 1:43 pm
Pulaski, I was hoping he would fall down a Turbolift Shaft like they did to her on LA Law cause no one liked her!
By Dave S., August 12, 2008 @ 1:56 pm
ExAstrisScientia: Dude, that was classic when that happened. Totally forgot about that!
By Polt, August 12, 2008 @ 2:35 pm
Ya know, Dave S., I didn’t dislike Pulaski either really, but since that’s the only season she’s in, she’s always a reminder of that terrible season. I loved her as Rosalind Shays on LA Law too! Pure bitch.
Pulaski was okay, the second season itself, sucked. And even though you mocked 20 years ago (can you beLIEVE it’s been that long?) about, I shall mock you now as well!

Pulaski was a little much at times, but Polt is right, she was far from the biggest problem that season. I did like the Holmes episode and the addition of Guinan.

If you are enjoying Delenn now, wait until the next couple of seasons. You will gain an even deeper love. Mira Furlan rocks.

Stop watching B5 at season 4. You will be better off for it.
