YAAAAAYY! What a great way to start a Tuesday! LOL! “It’s a vile act.” Seems to me someone is doing it wrong. The close up of the spit ball blow gun was awesome, I love the soul patch. I also love the scenes where the “dollightfuls” (hee hee) are breaking in the door.
Wow. That. Was. Amazing. Really really really good stuff. The “building” banter was freaking brilliant! *So* Moonlighting. And I loved Moonlighting. The action, the fun, the distress of Eric’s friend. Absolutely Awesome. This may well be the best episode you’ve ever put together. Seriously.
Oh, and the Master Bader dialogue was funny as hell.
I’m constantly amazed at your ability to convey these stories so effectively. LOVE it!
That was awesome Craig! I agree that is your best to date, which says a lot because they are all fantastic! I loved the dialogue. You’re really sick/you’re really dead. don’t mess with my one liners! They just can help digging him by saying don’t hide behind your masturbation toys instead of dolls. By my favorite is Master Badder calling them his dollights! Bravo!
OMG!! Brilliant. I’m like “Noooooo, it can’t end now. What was on the paper?” I loved all those dolls on the scaffolding, that was amazing. Funny too. I’m eagerly awaiting Eric’s fate.

Also, the astronaut is providing support from the ground, just like he told Eric he’d be doing since he wears glasses and isn’t from the military during the Q&A a few installments back. Just sayin’.

Bitter over his blindness and hairy palms, Master Bader causes mayhem by turning ordinary citizens into self pleasuring fiends. His weapons of choice are his sock of splooge, Vibratron ray gun (which causes vibrations so intense the victim explodes), lotion of lust and tissues of terror. I agree that this part is the best of this series. I like that there was a lot of action. I did not mind the cliff hanger so much this time. It seemed like a good pausing point. The closeup was awesome. Your artistic skills are getting really good. This post reminded me of how good you are getting at this whole comic thing. I am excited about the conclusion. Don’t make us wait too long.
This was also my fave entry so far. I like the use of a random hero/martyr (Eric).
Those dollightfuls suck as enemies though! Why do they seem to corner SV & VG then just let them have a convo with MB?
Also, what was Eric doing that helped him get out of the grip of the male blow-up doll? Just shaking? They suck as enemies too then. lol.
Amazing Craig – how long does it take you to draw all those panels? I love the dollighfuls! And the SV/VG interplay (right on with the Moonlighting reference, Dave S. ). Are you wrapping up before your month off, or are you going to leave us with a big cliffhanger?
I’m surprised a few of you are saying this one is your favorite. I liked it, but wasn’t thrilled. Maybe because I had known for a while what was going to happen, so maybe a lot of your enjoyment stems from the excitement of not knowing what’s going to happen.
Enrico: I’m with Ryan. Henchmen as a rule suck. But I saw the girl dolls more like capturing SV and VG and presenting them to MB. If you look closely, the dolls have their hands around SV and VG. So it’s not like they just stopped fighting so they could have a conversation.
As for Eric breaking free, the male ones are all dead, so he’s just essentially squirming out of the ropes binding him. I could have spent a few more panels maybe getting him to rub up against something sharp, but it wouldn’t really add much to the story. Maybe it’ll be added in the directors cut.

Oh poor Eric! His death (if he dies) will be much more heroic than some other guy who’s death I saw recently really was pointless and torked me off.
And i just got back from getting the Watchmen too! Director’s cut, with 24 more minutes of footage!!!! Gonna watch it tonight, that’s for sure!
