But Christina Aguilera is widely recognized as being a phemonal talent. Rolling Stone named her one of the top 100 best singers of all time. How can you hear her sing "At Last" and not at least appreciate her?

Enirckyricardo: Ok, I will admit Pink isn’t really that bad, even I have enjoyed listening to a song or two of hers. But believe me when I say I can fake sincereity with the best of them, and if I have to appreciate the songs to get a lap dance from Sassy josh, well hell, then Britney/Christina/whomEVER is really my FAVORITEST performer in the whole wide world…or will be as long as I’m getting the lapdance.

Polt: I’m pretty sure Josh ain’t giving you a lap dance now… He only does that to people who would appreciate his lap dances… and in order to appreciate his lap dances, you need to appreciate the beauty/talent of pop stars.
Now, I’ll be the first to admit that Britney might be ‘under’talented, but P!nk and Christina (y M. Branch/V. Carlton/Syesha) are actually great singers/songwriters, and are not just studio products since they sound great live too.

So while you can stay in the 1930s, listening to that music that is so funky and played out, Josh and I will not punish our ears… Instead, we’ll listen to the sweet, yet gravelly notes that the goddess P!nk graciously delivers to us. I would rant some more, but I have to go join Josh in giving lap dances to people who understand the joys of musica pop.
