So many things to say. :-)

First off, Ryan, dude -- I'm actually kind of surprised at you. I suspect that Craig has numerous adoring fans who would not only NOT wash his sled, but would actually enshrine it and do god knows what else to it. ;-)

David -- I've been insanely busy too. But as for Harvey Birdman, I thought you didn't have cable, or didn't have a tv. Or something. I'm obviously confused... Maybe it's you that doesn't have the tv and Josherz that doesn't have cable, or maybe it's the other way around.

Craig -- you find $100 a lot to spend? You're such a responsible young man. I drop $100 easily just eating out :P But then, I'm terrible at finances and I'm probably going to end up alone and homeless and living in a shelter constructed out of the thousands of books I've bought and haven't had time to read. At least I also have *quite* a few DVDs and CDs I can use to cover the books with to keep the rain out.

Oh, and would it make you feel jealous to hear that I have an Amazon.com visa card which gives me $25 cash back for every -- god knows what -- so many thousands? -- I spend. And I currently have a balance of about $800 or so on my Amazon account from all those certificates. I use that card for almost everything, *except* eating out, for which I use my CostCo Amex card when possible. I usually get about $400 back a year from them too. I'm a weapon -- and yes, I know that I hadn't even heard of Lily Allen when both Jere and Kári posted these lyrics -- of Mass Consumption.

*NOT* that I've ever been the kind of guy to keep a rolling balance on my credit cards. At least I'm too responsible for that. No, I just do smart things like refinance my house with cash-out mortgages or run up balances on Home Equity Lines. At least it's tax deductible. Who cares if I currently owe 2.5x what I paid for the house in 1996? ;-) (At least I don't have car payments -- my car is 11 years old!!)

Oooooh, okay, so THIS is the happiness you purchased. Okay, got it. I've been eyeing up Batman: The Animated Series from the 90's. I remember it at the time and enjoyed it, although I don't recall all the episodes. So who knows. Not right now with a mortgage, car payment, $200 electric bill, Discover card, etc, etc, etc.

Although, I should have my taxes back by the end of the month, so maybe then. :)

Wow. This week has been insanity at work. I can't believe how far behind in this thread I am.

I started watching Harvey Birdman about seven years ago.

Justin/Polt: No, Craig's kinky thingy would be the sled from the previous post. I would insist that it be thoroughly cleaned before I used it.

Craig: You would be getting both seasons of Carnivale for what I paid for one.

Here's the current Amazon order I'm toying with:

X-Men: The Animated Series: Volume 1: $12.99
X-Men: The Animated Series: Volume 2: $12.99
Carnivale: Season 1: $15.99
Carnivale: Season 2: $15.99
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles: Season 2: $16.99
Star Wars: Fate of the Jedi: Backlash: $14.58

All that for under $100. It seems like a lot of money to spend for no reason, but it's all stuff I'm gonna want eventually, and the deals are great right now. I don't want to let them go by. And I deserve it damn it! But still nervous clicking the button.
