Did you know that Star Trek: The Next Generation was the first — and currently only — syndicated television show (a show produced outside of network television, then sold to networks for broadcast, examples include Baywatch, Xena, and Legend of the Seeker) to be nominated for the Emmy for Best Dramatic Series? It was nominated for its 7th season (most likely as a testament to it’s cultural significance rather than the quality of that particular season itself) in 1994 but lost to Picket Fences. But as everyone says, it’s an honor just being nominated.

Because I’m starving and lord knows Cheetos is the breakfast of
Britney Spearschampions …in Japan you can get Strawberry Cheetos, (a Cheeto with a strawberry coating), chocolate Cheetos (those have potential), and Honey Butter Cheetos.
If you just want to imagine you’re eating Cheetos but cut the calories, there is Cheetos flavoured lip balm.
But if chocolate is your thing, try these Kit Kat bars. I’ve actually had the cantelope, green tea and banana.
I think I’ll have a granola bar now. It’s not a chocolate covered cheeto but it will have to suffice for today.
I’m sure you already know this an don’t need to be taught it, but it’s all I can come up with right now relating to Star Trek: Star Trek was the first show to air an interracial kiss. Between Kirk and Uhura. And this was back in the late 60′s when things like that could lead to lynchings!
HUGS…
I bet Uhura has been getting cold sores ever since
Even worse, Orionus Dancelicus cold sores, the worst kind!
In the theme of teach me tuesday…
Would love to teach you all how to play Cornhole at Craig’s next pool party…
http://www.playcornhole.org/
Yes! I can’t wait to play cornhole!
I guess Craig is first in line to learn….
No, my monkeys will be the ones lining up to see who’s cornhole I play first.
Who am I to call the rules at the host’s pool party?
I love Buffy! Too bad they had that Emmy accident
I did not know this. Did you know that the order Chiroptera (bats) make up approximately 20% of all identified mammal species?
Pffft, like Craig’s never played around with the cornholing before.
HUGS…
I think the question is, has he ever used corn in that way
The hardest word to guess in hangman is “jazz”.

This theme is tailor-made for the Smug Encyclopedia.
Did you know that the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth used to be the largest country in Europe, stretching from the Baltic to the Black sea, and that Wilno / Vilnius alone sported not only a Roman Catholic cathedral, and a Russian Orthodox one, not to mention also a Uniate (Greek Orthodox Rite) Catholic one, several different Protestant Churches, but even several different kinds of synagogues for several different obscure sects of Judaism, and even a number of Mosques from the days when the Tatar Mongols had invaded Kievan Rus?
And yet there was never a single outbreak of Orionus Dancelicus cold sores in the entire country until after it was partitioned out of existence between Russia, Prussia, and Austria!
WRONG ITS:
“most likely as a testament to it’s”
dummy!
