   How exciting and scary. Dress nice, don’t be drunk, don’t use any racial slurs or begin giggling hysterically at any point and you’re a shoe-in.

   Congrats and Good Luck. Just an FYI: I live in a co-op and b/c of fair housing stuff we no longer call it an “interview.” We have “orientation” with potential/new shareholders.

   Not to brag or anything, but the lady at the management company said my application package was the nicest one she’s ever seen. Never underestimate the power of shiny binders and color coded dividers.

      I’m gonna have to go straight from work, so I’ll be in a shirt and tie anyway. Maybe I’ll wear a cute argyle sweater vest that day for good luck!
